Magnesium and water. That's the label.
Naturally sourced magnesium chloride dissolved in water. Nothing else made the cut. Spray it on and there's a slight tingle, the mineral meeting your skin, then a minute of slick that fades as it absorbs. The label says daily relaxation and recovery spray. That's the whole job.
This bottle lived on our own nightstand for six months before we settled the formula. Four sprays on tired calves, rub it in, brush your teeth, lights out. The 200mL is the committed version, the bottle that stays put.
The nightly two minutes

Spray
Four to six sprays on calves, feet or shoulders, twenty minutes before bed.

Rub in
Massage for ten seconds. Expect a light tingle at first, and a minute of slick.

Wind down
It absorbs while you brush your teeth. Then bed, phone down, day done.

Good to know
Why does it tingle when I spray it on?
That's normal with proper magnesium chloride, especially on dry or freshly shaved skin. It's the mineral meeting your skin, and it settles after the first few uses. Start on the belly or thighs rather than the shins, and rub it in. Sensitive skin? Our kids spray is the gentle way in.
Does magnesium actually absorb through skin?
The science on how much gets through is still argued, and we won't pretend otherwise. What we sell is simple: magnesium chloride in water, sprayed where you feel the day, felt within seconds. Judge it on how your evenings feel after two weeks of nightly use. That's the test we accept.
Will it leave my sheets greasy?
There's no oil in the bottle, just mineral-rich water. It can feel slick for a minute while it absorbs. Spray, rub it in for ten seconds, give it a moment before you climb in. Nothing left on the sheets.
Why pay $35 when pharmacy sprays start at $12?
Read the back of the $12 bottle first. Ours is naturally sourced magnesium chloride and water, made by a family business on Sydney's Northern Beaches that answers its own emails. If you'd rather test it cheaply first, the 100mL is $22.94 and it's the same spray.
How long until I notice anything?
The tingle shows up tonight. The stuff worth having, calmer nights and legs that settle, takes most people one to three weeks of nightly use. Treat it like brushing your teeth, a fixed part of the wind-down, and let the habit do the judging.
