An old ritual, tidied up
Castor oil packs are older than any of us. A cloth soaked in oil, held warm against the body, an hour of enforced stillness. The internet rediscovered the ritual, then discovered the mess: cling film, soaked towels, sheets that never recovered.
So we made the cloth properly. Organic cotton that holds the oil where you put it, with ties so it stays snug while you read or rest. Beige or white, eight pieces or a single waist wrap, washed and reused for years.

What exactly is a castor oil pack?
A cloth soaked in castor oil, held warm against the body while you rest, usually for about an hour. It's an old evening wind-down ritual the internet recently rediscovered. Our wraps hold the cloth and the oil in place so the ritual stays tidy.
Where do I start, the set or the waist wrap?
The waist wrap is the classic first pack and the cheapest way in at $26. The eight-piece set covers the other spots people like to wrap, and it means the whole household can run packs on the same evening.
Will the oil soak through onto my clothes?
Use a sensible amount and the cotton holds it. The first night, wear an old shirt while you find your dose. After that it's kettle, couch, book, and your good sheets never meet the oil.
How do I wash the wraps?
Like a hardworking tea towel. Warm wash, hang dry, tie back on. The cotton will slowly take on the oil's colour and soften with use, the way a good apron does. They're made to be used for years, not babied.
Do the wraps come with oil?
