I've never done a pack. Will I work it out?
In one evening. Soak the cotton, tie the wrap on snug, rest for an hour with the kettle done and the phone elsewhere. The kit exists so your first night is the easy version, no cling film and no improvising.
Which wrap should I pick?
The waist wrap is the classic starting point and sits comfortably while you read or rest. Beyond that it's beige or white, and the oil doesn't care which. Pick the one that suits your evenings.
How long does a pack session take?
About an hour, and it shouldn't feel like a task. Wrap on, kettle on, couch. Most people fold it into a few evenings a week and stop noticing the setup entirely, which is when a ritual has actually stuck.
What if I change my mind?
Change-of-mind returns are easy within 30 days on sealed, unused items. If anything arrives damaged or wrong, we replace or refund it within 14 days of delivery and we cover it. Order before 12pm AEST and it leaves Sydney the same day.
