From regenerative farms, whipped soft
The tallow comes from cattle raised on regenerative Australian farms, grass fed and finished, rendered slowly in small batches. We whip it with organic extra virgin olive oil until dense fat turns into a soft cream that melts at skin temperature.
Tallow's fatty acid profile sits close to the sebum your skin makes itself, so nothing needs translating. It spreads thin, sinks in fast and leaves skin feeling naturally hydrated, with no film left behind.

Good to know
Will it smell like beef?
No. Properly rendered tallow barely smells of anything, and ours is slow rendered in small batches. There's a faint natural scent in the jar that disappears on skin. No perfume covering anything up, which is exactly how the label readers among us like it.
Will it clog my pores?
Everyone's skin is different, so start small: a pea-sized amount on one cheek at night. Most people find it spreads thin and sinks in fast. Give it two weeks on one patch and let your skin cast the vote. You've risked a pea.
Why is it $53 for two ingredients?
You're paying for the sourcing, not the marketing. Grass fed and finished cattle from regenerative Australian farms, slow rendering, small batches. A pea-sized amount does a whole face, so most people get months from one jar. Work out the cost per week and it turns very reasonable.
Can I use it on my face every day?
That's what it's made for. A pea-sized amount on damp skin, morning or night. It sinks in within seconds, so there's no waiting around before you get dressed. Plenty of households run the same jar across face, hands and body.
How long does one jar last?
Used properly, months. The whipped texture spreads much further than a dense balm, and a little goes a long way. If your jar is emptying in weeks, you're using more than you need. Start with less and let it melt in.
