It started with a bin bag

BioPulse began in 2023 when we emptied our own bathroom cabinet and kept almost nothing. This is the standard that replaced it.

The clean-out, then the rule

We tipped out every pump bottle and tub we owned, read the labels properly for the first time, and kept almost nothing. If we couldn't explain an ingredient to our kids, out it went. What was left fit in one hand, and none of it was made in Australia.

So we set a rule for anything we would make ourselves. One hero ingredient per product, at full strength, with the shortest supporting cast we could get away with. Grass-fed tallow, because skin takes to it instantly. Magnesium, because it changed our evenings. Castor oil, because our grandmothers were right about it.

Tested on us first

Everything gets used in our house before it goes anywhere near yours. The tallow went on our kids after beach days all summer. The magnesium spray lived on the nightstand for six months before we settled the formula. If something stung, sat greasy on the skin or smelt wrong, it went back to the bench.

We blend in small batches and buy from suppliers we can call by first name. The oils go into glass rather than plastic, because good ingredients deserve packaging that protects them. It costs more to do it this way. You feel where the money went the first time you use a product.

Three years in, same kitchen table

There are 900,000 of you following along now and the range sits on pharmacy shelves near home. We still say no to most product ideas. If something earns a permanent spot in our own routine, it gets made. That's the whole plan.
