Identical. Naturally sourced magnesium chloride in water, chemical free, same fine mist. The only difference is the bottle size. This one exists so you can test the habit for $22.94, and so the habit can travel once you're sold.
Can I take it in carry-on luggage?
Yes. 100mL is the carry-on liquid limit, so this bottle flies. Toss it in the clear bag with your toothpaste and your wind-down lands wherever you do, hotel rooms included.
It prickles a bit. Is that normal?
Yes, on early uses, especially on dry or just-shaved skin. It's the magnesium chloride meeting your skin, and it fades with regular use. Rub it in well, and start with fewer sprays on the belly or thighs while your skin adjusts.
What if I try it and it's not for me?

Where should I spray it?
Calves, feet, shoulders, wherever the day landed. After training, spray while the muscles are still warm. Skip your face, broken skin and anywhere freshly shaved. Four to six sprays, rub in for ten seconds, done before your toothbrush finishes.
