For Adults:
1. Spray 3–5 times onto clean, dry skin.
2. Gently massage until absorbed.
3. Apply before bed or after a shower to relax muscles and promote restful sleep.
4. Let it air dry for best results.
For Children (3 months and up):
1. Spray 2–3 times on the soles of your child’s feet before bed.
2. Once their skin adjusts, you can also apply to legs or lower back.
3. Gently rub in and let it absorb before dressing.
4. If tingling occurs, apply to less sensitive areas or dilute with a small amount of coconut oil.

We recommend adults stick with the Premium sprays for optimal results. However, the Kids spray can be used by adults with sensitive skin if needed. Children should only use the Kids formula.
For adults: 2–3 times daily or as needed.

The Kids formula is designed to be gentle. Always patch test first. If tingling occurs, apply only to the soles of the feet or dilute with a little coconut oil.
