What's inside

2 x Kids magnesium oil spray (200mL). The gentler dilution, so young skin gets the no-sting version of the same wind-down.

2 x Premium magnesium oil spray (200mL). Full strength for grown-up calves and shoulders, one for each nightstand.

Directions

For Adults:
1. Spray 3-5 times onto clean, dry skin.
2. Gently massage until absorbed.
3. Apply before bed or after a shower to relax muscles and promote restful sleep.
4. Let it air dry for best results.

For Children (3 months and up):
1. Spray 2-3 times on the soles of your child's feet before bed.
2. Once their skin adjusts, you can also apply to legs or lower back.
3. Gently rub in and let it absorb before dressing.
4. If tingling occurs, apply to less sensitive areas or dilute with a small amount of coconut oil.

For Sensitive Skin

If you or your child have sensitive skin, we recommend:

  • Starting with a patch test on a small area like the feet or lower legs.
  • Using fewer sprays to begin with and increasing gradually over time.
  • For children, apply only to the soles of the feet for the first 3-4 weeks.
  • If tingling or irritation occurs, dilute the spray with a small amount of coconut oil or apply to less sensitive areas.

Which bottle goes on who?

The kids spray is a gentler dilution for young skin, so it handles the small feet after bath time. The full-strength spray is for grown-up calves and shoulders. If your own skin runs sensitive, borrow the kids bottle. It's the same mineral, softened.

Will the kids' spray sting?

It's diluted so it doesn't. Patch test a small area on the leg the first night, keep it off broken or just-scrubbed skin, and rub it in with warm hands. If anything feels off, stop and check with your GP.
