Are both bottles the same spray?
Yes. Naturally sourced magnesium chloride in water, chemical free, in both. The only difference is size: 200mL holds the nightstand, 100mL rides in the bag. One habit, no gaps.
Is the 100mL allowed in carry-on?
Yes, 100mL is exactly the carry-on liquid limit. It goes in the clear bag with your toothpaste and the wind-down comes with you, work trips and holidays included.
Which bottle should I open first?
The 200mL. Build the habit at home, four to six sprays on calves or feet before bed. Leave the 100mL sealed in the gym bag or suitcase pocket so it's already packed the day you need it.
What if it doesn't suit us?
Anything damaged or wrong on arrival gets replaced or refunded within 14 days, on us. Changed your mind? Sealed, unused items can come back within 30 days. And expect a light tingle the first few nights. That's the mineral, and it fades.
