A conductive bed sheet that connects to the earth pin of a standard 3-pin outlet, so your bed sits at the same electrical potential as the ground outside.

It carries no electricity. The two upper pins on our plug are plastic, only the bottom earth pin conducts. That is why it works whether the outlet switch is on or off, and why it works just as well through a power board, double adapter or extension cord, as long as the connection is 3-pin.

Australian homes are earthed by law, so it works with your existing wiring. If you want to confirm it yourself, a multimeter will show your body voltage change when you touch the sheet.

How long can I use the earthing bed sheet for?

As long as you like. There is no time limit and nothing that wears out with use. Sleep on it the way you would any fitted sheet.

Is there a risk of electrocution?

No, our earthing products can be used no matter if the outlet switch is turned on or off. This is because the top two pins of our plugs which are responsible for conducting electricity are plastic. Only the bottom pin is what connects our products to the inbuilt grounding system in your home.

Which plug do I need?

The sheet comes with your choice of AU/NZ, USA/CA, UK or EU plug. Pick the one that matches the outlets in your home.

Can I plug the earthing bed sheet into a power board?

Yes. It works exactly the same through a power board, double adapter or extension cord, as long as that connection is 3-pin.

How can I tell if the earthing bed sheet is working?
